We love every product we make and hope you will too. We understand that you may need to make a return or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Your first order can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. Mini size products are not eligible for returns. We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email letting you know. Once reviewed, your return will be processed as a refund back to the original form of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted based on individual bank processing times. Contact your bank or credit card company if a delay occurs. If you still have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
We are unable to accept refunds on sale or discounted items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To set up an exchange for the same item send an email to email@example.com and include your purchase order number and the item(s) you will be exchanging.
Shipping your return
Please note you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or including shipping insurance.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you varies.
Purchases made at a retailer or in a store
If you purchased a product at a retailer or MOST distributor, you must contact your original purchase location for any return or exchange. We are unable to accept returns and/or issue refunds or exchanges for purchases not made on www.enjoymost.com.
